RETURN POLICY

WE HAVE A 14-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 14 DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN. ALL GOODS UNDERGO ADDITIONAL STEPS OF QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE BEING SHIPPED. 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE DAMAGED OR OF THE WRONG SIZE BUT IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU’LL ALSO NEED THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

TO START A RETURN, YOU CAN EITHER MESSAGE US ON INSTAGRAM @BYAPESCLUB OR DROP AN EMAIL AT BYAPESCLUB@GMAIL.COM. IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE SENT TO YOU. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY YOU. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED WHEN RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO PREVENT ANY LOSS OF ITEMS.

REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE YOUR DAMAGED ITEM WITH THE SAME PRODUCT & SIZE.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.

EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE VALID IF YOUR PREFERRED PRODUCT AND SIZE IS IN STOCK.
